Membership Details

We want to help you understand the privilege we have to be a part of Jesus’ church. We ask all prospective members to attend a session called “Class 101 – Why Membership?” In that class we’ll cover:

  • – Why we need a church family
  • – God’s purpose for our church
  • – How OCC will live out God’s purposes
  • – What it means to be a member at OCC

Expectations of Our Members

  1. Magnify. Will you make personal daily worship of Jesus a priority?

  2. Membership. Will you fully participate in the following:
    1. Sunday Worship attendance
    2. Home group support
    3. Financial support

  3. Ministry. Will you serve regularly in a ministry to others?

  4. Maturity. Will you commit to maturing as a disciple?

  5. Mission. Will you commit to becoming an ambassador for Jesus through evangelism?
